Brief Description: 6 Month Check and Transponder Update
Routine 6 monthly check after putting 25 hours on her during PRTC (Portugal). Also took the opportunity to take my Trig Transponder Box (under floor) and Control Head (Panel) out and send to TRIG Avionics as they kindly updated my software free of charge so that I can use my MGL EFIS Uncertified GPS for ADS-B Out.
So glad I had the EFIS square hole in the panel to access the panel instruments - removing the control head was straightforward.
Removing the floor was straightforward albeit not great for my ageing back!
