Got the electric flaps installed. After drilling the bolt holes for the center bearing block, I discovered that it was too long. Usually, these blocks are cut to proper length. Fortuneately, when I cut it to length, the bolt hole in the offending side were completely cut away. I was then able to redrill the holes without any problem. Fitted the bearing blocks and the flap actuator into place. Drilled a hole in one end of the drive assembly for the safety wire. Had to remove the rod end in order to do this. Made all the plates as required and assembled the components to print. Nothing special here. It all went together fairly quickly.
