Closed up the left tank and riveted the Z brackets and the baddle to the tank. Used the plastic bag technique for applying the sealant to the joints. This worked pretty well. It contained the mess to inside the bag for the most part. It was much easier to put the sealant where you wanted to go. The only problem was getting the sealant in the bag. The first time I did it, I mixed the sealant in the cup that I used to weigh out the components. I then tryed to put the sealant in the bag with one of the wide popsickle sticks. This was a mess, getting the bag sealed and cleaned up before I used it. I used a 4 mil plastic zip lock bag measuring 4" x 4." I use these for storing small parts in my bench drawers. I mixed up 200 gms of sealant. This was more than what was needed for the baffle.
