Marked the lenses for trimming as suggested. Used the 1/8" veining bit in my router to trim the edges to the line. Rounded the corners with a band saw. Sanded the edges with fine sand papaer to clean the up. Machine countersunk the holes to match the holes in the skin. Removed the tape on the surface.Time to build a paint booth to prime all internal wing surfaces. August will be devoted to getting the paint booth setup, one week of vacation with Kay, and to acquire all the equipment I need to spray paint. Hopefully, I will get to actually spray some paint before the end of the month.
