Today, I completed the wiring of the EMS signal block and signal connector. The terminal strip provides distribution of power and ground for the various sensor units including flap, aileron, and elevator trim position sensors, capacitive fuel tank level sensors, fuel flow sensor, and manifold pressure sensor. +12 VDC and +5 VDC are provided by the EMS module. The primary EMS signal connector provides circuits for the 16 measruement signals in the plane. The secondary connector provides circuits for the eight temperature sensors on the engine.
