Brief Description:  Clamping horizontal hinges to cowl

Now that the back hinges are attached and finalized, I started working on the horizontal seam hinges. The first thing was to drill holes in the hinges prior to clamping them to the lower cowl. I started with the lower cowl in order to offset the hinge in much the same way as the vertical attach hinges. Note in picture 1 and 2, the safety wire that acts as a spacer to provide additional offset to the hinge. The clamps are pushed up against the wire and the hinge is pushed up against the clamps. The cowl edge keeps everything straight. The front end of the hinge was set by the recommended dimension from the front lip.
