Brief Description: Lighning Holes Cut Into Aileron Spar

The spar was measured and marked for the lightning holes. Using a fly cutter the spar was clamped and each hole cut. Easy job but time consuming.

Using a fly cutter, the 2" lightning holes were cut.

Spar clamped down to wood to stabilise cutting.

Finished spar with swarf and disks.
