I received the main gear blades from Eagle Spring Manufacturers and started profiling them. The correct angle and offset was determined and the blades were profiled accordingly. The upper and lower mounting bolt holes were matched to the mounting plate and wheel axle and punched. The blades were temporarely fitted to confirm that they were correct. They were then taken off and sent back to Eagle Spring Manufacturers for hardening.
