Brief Description:  Riveted Aileron Rib Sub-assembles

Riveted Aileron Rib Sub-assembles.

Assembled the Left and Right Ailerons.

Match drilled the skin #40 holes into the counterweight in the most lateral holes of the counterweights.

Removed the aileron spars from the assembly in order to match drill the counterweights to the adjacent nose ribs

Lesson learned...don't cleco the nose ribs to the spars during assembly of the aileron from the inside of the nose ribs! To be able to remove the spars to get access to the backs of the counterweights for match drilling, I had to essentially remove most of the clecoes that held the skin to the nose ribs to get access to the clecoes INSIDE of the assembly so that I could finish removing the spars from the skins. Way too much unnecessary work but I didn't see it coming to avoid this mistake.
