Brief Description:  Laser Level Trim Tabs

Releveled the trim tabs with a Craftsman Digital level. Left 35.1degrees, Right 35.0 degrees.

Redid the LP4-3 rivets in the WD-415 Anchor brackets that attach to the E 616 Cover Plates.

Screwed Cover Plates to the bottom of Elevators and permanently attached clevis hardware.
