Trimmed the overall length to fit the elevator with some gap allowance for fabric. Marked cherry max rivet locations x10. Drilled the two horn holes along with the spacer block. Veriefied and drilled the rivet holes. Deburred all the layers then installed the rivets. Trimmed length a little more then marked and drilled the hinge attachment to match the elevator.
