Received the drill bits and proceeded to open the holes for the oversize cherry's. Installed all 10 rivets. The second one from the outboard end had a defect as seen in the pictures. The head appeared to be upside down and half height. Thought about leaving it vs risking damaging the skin trying to remove it. Left it alone for the night to think about it and research.
