I lost my pictures during the update to Android 10 on my phone. Completely remade both idler brackets after determining the originals I made a couple years ago were just too narrow for the idlers to fit correctly. Frustrating however, they are pretty easy to make. Cut the parts out, bent the ears with the brake, deburred, cleaned and welded them up. I used a 2" spacer this time while welding to keep the ears at the correct dimensions through the TIG welding process. Test fit them to the idlers then powder coated. Made new inner spacers for all the bellcranks to ensure minimal axial load is applied to the KP4 bearings when bolted into the brackets.
