Brief Description:  Baffles/Oil Cooler

More glassing of the snorkel inlet, primed and then painted, installed to check for fit, all good. This has been a large part of the baffle process. Need to bore a hole and fit the filter bypass door.
I managed to fit and bolt on the oil cooler, made the spacers out of the correct size tubing and installed. The 45 degree oil fitting coming from the engine required to be moved around approx 1/2 turn so my oil flexible hose could be connected from the cooler. This proved to be a pain as not much room behind the engine to get tools on. The only way was to remove the oil filter. Once again this took some time.
Also riveted on the silicon baffle rubber around the baffles and front, this is great stuff as it is very flexible and I shouldn't have any problems with cooling.
