Brief Description:  Baffles

Trmming the rear two baffles, a lot of on/off/on/off to get a distance of approx 1/2" gap. I Had to trim the rear right side (oil cooler side) quite bit and then add a piece of aluminium as when I made the baffle I raised the oil cooler more than normal as originally the cylinder covered it too much. No big deal it is just trimmed back more than normal.
Painted the rear baffles and fitted. I purchased some silicon baffle rubber from Aircraft Spruce 3/32" x 3" x 12 feet to use instead of the Van's rubber, should seal and last longer. Riveted on the rubber to the rear baffles, great stuff.
Startered on the front inlet, time consuming I'll give you that, with measure/trim/cut/measure/trim/cut you get the picture, bend.
