Now the top and bottom cowls are done, it is time to trim. Found a great idea on the net where using rulers and clamps, you space up the cowl by 3" so you can get you arm up inside and using a pen/pencil on a 3" wooden dowl (can use anything) trace back onto the baffles. In theory once trimmed the top of the baffle should be touching the top of the cowl. Similar process when trimming the back of the cowl against the fuselage. So I did the two rear baffles, turns out a great idea. Just need to now trim them around 1/2" below the inside top cowl.
