Deburred the bottom inside skin, dimpled the rivet holes and then drilled and dimpled the access plate mounts. I had a can of white primer so the surface around the platenuts was prepared and primed, once dry I riveted all the platenuts. This skin is now ready to put onto the wing, but for now it can wait and just hang on the wall with the other wing skins.
