When the tank and leading edge were together I drilled the holes for the joint plate while everything was lined up and then deburred and dimpled ready for alodine and primer. Once primed I riveted the platenuts onto the joint plate and clecoed tank and leading edge together and screwed a few holes in to see the alignment and fit, worked beautiful.
