Drilled the hole for the tie down into the leading edge skin, the set up is so perfect from Van's the hole was exactly where it should have been. Next was the hole in the brackets, drilled one in the middle and after bolting it down on the spar, I back drilled the others. Once that was done I bolted a platenut to each and every hole and drilled the rivet holes for the platenut, cleaned them up and alodined and primed. Once dried I riveted the platenuts to each Z bracket, this took a while but the tank and leading edge must line up perfect, so a little care will go a long way. I bolted them to the spar ready to back drill through the tank baffle.
