Completed the left flap, these are easy to do and with a bit of care and a flat bench they will turn out perfect. I am very happy with this one so I will now complete the right flap next. I have cut out the centre of the hinge as I will insert the hinge pin from the centre left and right. This seems a better method for removing the flap if required on maintenance.
