OK deoxidined, alodined and primed all the skeleton of the flap, primed inside the skins and along the rivet line. Once dry I riveted all the ribs to the skins and riveted together the skin join for top and bottom skins. This was a piece of cake and turned out beautiful, a nice flat surface to work on and very easy rivet work. Next I will rivet the end ribs and pieces, this will finish one flap.
