Made a template so I could cut the conduit holes in the ribs and proceeded to cut out the holes. Started the long process of deburring all the holes and edges of the ribs. Scotchbrite the ribs and alodined, in the picture you can see the process of corrosion proofing from the raw aluminium, to scotchbrite, alodined and finally primed.
