Purchased stick grips from 'The Ray Allen Company' and wired as per instructions. I have the up and down (elevator) as well as the aileron trim buttons, also went with one push button and a toggle switch. Thought I would have the push button for my flap positioning and the toggle for maybe auto pilot on/off, not sure yet. Anyway it was tricky fun to wire switches, I only have the PTT (push to talk) radio switch for the co-pilot. I then had the throttle quadrant sort of in place and cut my sticks to a height that would not interfere with the throttle. Drilled a hole in the bottom of each stick so the wires could pass through and placed a plastic grommet in the hole. I made another bracket to go in between the seat ribs so I can mount a terminal strip for all the control stick wires to attach to.
