Brief Description:  Upper Forward Fuselage

Still making all the small attach brackets for the panel attach. I have a digital angle meter I bought off Ebay, and it is excellent for these small pieces where it has to be 88.5 degrees or 76.2 degrees bend. Love it.
So a bit of cutting, deburring and bending small pieces.
Made the centre rib reinforcing plate and angle which the roll bar brace will attach to and other pieces. Alodined and primed some of the finished pieces, riveted on the F-7109 plate to the centre rib, clecoed the ribs back in position, cleaned up the edges of the panel with file and scotchbrite wheel to get all the bumps from the edges.
Made up one of the F-7103C-L angles for the panel, but bloody hell cut the right side too small. Be careful as you don't get anymore so I will have to bend a piece of aluminium into a right angle.
