Made the sharp downward bend in the longerons, gave them a twist as per Van's instructions and cut the back of the longerons. Using the aft deck as a guide I marked then cut the slots so the longerons will fit with the 7-11 bulkheads aluminium bars. I had too widen the slots in the bulkheads where the longerons slot into and did this using my die grinder and used a scrap bit of angle to check the fit. Set up some saw horses and joined the aft and centre section together, now I'm cookin. It went together quite easily and I was a bit surprised at this, thought it would be harder, shouldn't complain. OK the halves are joined so I went ahead and clecoed the side skins on, will call it a day, went well.
