I have been putting this off, as it seems quite a big job, I was right. This was a tough task, at least I felt it was. Did the measure, re-measure and measure again, cut the lengths, measures the start and ending of the bend. I set up a vise on my bench at home and started to bend or rather mould it into shape hitting them with a rubber mallet. I cut a template out of some scrap aluminium and this helped as a guide, also used the aft canopy deck as a bit of as guide as well, in the end they turned out near to perfect, but still a tough job to bend angle and keep it uniform. While I was at it I match drilled the aft canopy deck in positon and clecoed together.
