First things first, read the plans and then re-read and again re-read. It looked quite scary at first when looking at the plans and feeling a little overwhelmed, but slowly it comes to make sense if each small piece is tackled and built. Rear spar I filed off the edges on the reinforement bars and smoothed all the edges and rounded the edges so they would fit into the spar. Drilled all appropriate holes, deburred edges and holes. I thought I would corrosion proof this and see how the parts will turn out. Cleaned all surfaces with a detergent, rinsed, scotchbrite pad parts while doing this. The parts where put into a diluted concentrate of deoxidine, rinsed, dried and dipped into mixture of alondine. Parts turned a lovely light brown if not gold color, then they where primed with a white etch primer. This plane hopefully won't corrode.
