Last part to make out of aluminium is the cowl exit air attach bracket. This connects to the engine mount/gear point underneath and holds the bottom cowl in place and I assume to stop it flexing and moving in flight. It really makes the bottom part of the cowl very firm, just a pain to mark,drill, rivet and mount, but I'm sure this is the last part to make.
