Brief Description: Platenuts for empennage cover

I forgot to rivet on all the platenuts for the empennage cover, which attaches onto the vertical fin and horizontal stabilizer. Glad I remembered before it was bolted on for good.
Remember to leave open the rivet holes on the top of the horzontal stabilizer as per plans, but rivet all the holes on the bottom (I had to rivet on the bottom ones).
I drill out the hole just big enough to suit the screw size, temporarily hold the nutplate on over the hole with the screw, drill out the rivet holes for the nutplate, debur, dimple, now drill the screw hole larger than the screw (makes it easier to place screw in), place nut plate under where they are to go, held in place with a cleco, rivet in place.
