More strengthening of the inside mounts on the pants, cut the wheel hole out to size in the left hand side cover. Installed the braided brake line hoses and all connected. Riveted on the mounting bracket on the inside of the wheel cover and fibreglassed over this for extra strength. On the right side pant I started preparing the pant for joining the intersect fairing. Once it was trimmed to size I clecoed the intersect fairing on and using this really great resin, set it in place. Sanded back looks great. I wanted to strenghten the top part of the fairing where the leg fairing goes into, so ran a layer of glass around the top, once dry sanded back. Using a spray putty this filled in any imperfections and pin holes. Lot of work this glassing.
