Started the dreaded fibreglass parts again. Haven't read any plans lately so after studying the how to do it, I commence to tackle the leg and wheel pants. Cut some paper out as per plans, cut the glass and measured, measured and measured where to cut the fibreglass, riveted on the piano hinge, looks good. Cut the right wheel pant to size, cut the main leg part out of the pant and getting the fuselage level at the longeron, drilled the holes on the outside to get correct height and make sure the cover looks level. I will do the left side next and then mesure up the correct alignment as per the plans. I will have this aircraft flying before the end of this year 2012, that's the plan. It needs to get in the air.
