Clecoed on the top skin, and had my son Alexander help with the riveting. I had the pressure set right with the gun and I crawled underneath with a selection of bucking bars, a torch and plenty of padding underneath. Very uncomfortable, but after a few hours Alex and I had the job done, very very proud of Alex as he is only 9 (nearly 10 he tells me). The riveting turned out really well and I only had to drill out 2 stuffed rivets, well done Alexander, great partner. See it cant be that hard to build a plane can it? Once this was done I masking taped the front of the plane and re-painted in matt black (to stop reflection from the dash). It looks gloss in this photo but will dry matt.
