Sorted out eventually how the main undercarriage all fits together. Drilled and riveted on the platenuts for the fairing attach on brackets. I used washers to space out the brackets which hold onto the fairing, and is supposed to clear the disc on the wheel. I drilled out the holes for the pin to go through the wheel axle, ready to fit onto the fuselage. Also bolted the brackets into the fuselage which will hold the plastic blocks for the canopy to guide into.
