Brief Description: Hinge Assembly and Stub Spar Preparations
Completed step 10 page 14-02 – riveted the W-1212A and W-1212B L&R pieces together for the W-1212 hinge assemblies per Figure 5.
Completed step 1 page 14-02 – clecoed W-1208B stub spar doublers to each of the W-1208C L&R stub spar channels.
Completed step 2 page 14-02 – machine countersink 120 degrees the outer flange surfaces of all flange holes in the W-1209C – L&R stub spar channels per Figure 2. Checked holes with ¼: dia hole guide to confirm diameters.
Completed step 3 – machine countersink 100 degrees inboard 3 holes on the stub spare assemblies on both sides of both units.
