Brief Description: Counterbalance and F-1211 Assembly
Completed step 5 page 09-10. Reinstalled counterbalance weights on to WD-1223counterbalance arm after priming. Installed mounting hardware and torqued to 25 inch pounds. Installed 3 – AN426AD4-4 rivets into the F-1211A bulkhead assembly per Figure 2 page 10-04 to complete step 8. Completed step 10 page 10-04 – riveted nutplates to F-1211 assembly per Figure 2.
