Completed step 10 page 21-03 – riveted the F-1250L&R pulley brackets to the F-1220A forward intercostal and F-1220B aft intercostal using LP4-3 rivets. Completed step 1 page 21-04 – separated the F-1219 flaperon mixer arm per Figure 1. Completed step 2 – riveted the two F-1218 flaperon mixer brackets to the F-1220A forward intercostal and F-1220B aft intercostal with LP4-3 rivets per Figure 2. Completed step 3 – machine countersink the MK1000-428 nutplate attach hokes in the F-1219A flaperon mixer arm and then attached the nutplates per Figure 2. Completed step 4 – bolted the F-1219A&B flaperon mixer arms and the bushing per Figure 2 to the F-1218 flaperon mixer arm brackets using the hardware shown. Torques to remove slop but allow motion. Installed cotter pin. Completed step 5 – bolted longer bushing per Figure 2 between the F-1219A&B flaperon mixer arms. Completed step 6 – separated the four F-1017C seat bolt attach lugs per Figure 3 and the two F-1216 seat belt attach lug supports per Figure 4.
