Completed step 4 page 21-02. Riveted the F-1221-L&R, F-1222-L&R, F-1223-L&R to the F-1204D center section aft bulkhead and F-1224-L&R baggage floors using rivets per Figure 2. Manufactured heads of LP4-3 rivets on the bulkhead side.
