Brief Description: Replacement of Baggage Floor Rivets
During inspection of rivet work per step 32 page 21-02 a number of the AN470 rivets had significant smiles due to the apparent position of the squeezer tool that was not seen during the riveting process due to the positioning of the work. Replaced all of the smiled rivets to meet requirements of the rivet specification. Used alligator type squeezer for the reinstallation which provide necessary access and better alignment to the AN470 rivet heads.
