Completed steps 1-3 page 18-03 for right flaperon. Closed A-1203 spar, A-1204 R&L outboard nose ribs. A-909 counterbalance, A-1201-R outboard nose skin. Marked two holes per step 2 and match drilled holes into counterbalance tube. Deburred and then riveted with LP4-3 rivets per step 3. Completed step 4 –clecoed the A-1204 L&R outboard nose ribs, A-909 counterbalance subassembly and A-1201C-R nose skin to spar and nose ribs. Completed step 5 – match drilled #30 holes in A-1201C-R outboard nose skin – marked holes then disassembled and drilled using drill press then reassembled. Match drilled holes in the upper flange of the A-1204-L&R nose ribs from the holes in the A-1201-R nose skin. Unclecoed then deburred and primed all of the components.
