Completed Vans service bulletin 14-11-03 RV-12 wing skin/spar flange rivet wear on bottom of right wing. Installed W-1201A per instructions in the service bulletin. – primed outside of wing skins and underside of W-1201A prior to installation. Installation on right wing did not require removal of any rivets as service bulletin was issued prior to installing the subject rivets that would have been required to be removed. BSPQ-5-4 5/32 pop rivets stems are above the manufactured head. Tried to install both with hand rivet puller and pneumatic puller with exactly the same result. Noted that this was addressed previously on VAF forum so will have to review comments to determine if anything needs to be done.
