Completed step 5 page 09-03 final drilled #12 fastener holes in WD-1207 upper and WD-1208 lower hinge. Deburred holes. Completed step 6 final drilled #30 all holes in the WD-1222 counterbalance brackets. Completed step 7 – aligned WD-1222 counterbalance brackets to holes in HS-1202 and HS-1203 spars. Turned brackets 90 degrees and clecoed per instructions and figure 3 detail A-A page 09-03. Completed step 8 – inserted WD -1223 counterbalance arm into WD-1222 counterbalance brackets both forward and aft. Maintain flush on rear bracket. Oriented counterbalance arm per Figure 3. Completed step 9 – match drilled #30 holes from neck of counterbalance brackets to counterbalance arm and clecoed. Completed step 8 final drill #12 per figure B page 09-03. Completed step 10 – rotated counterbalance arm and counterbalance brackets 90 degrees making sure that the top edge of the counterbalance arm is oriented to top side of the spar box assembly. Reclecoed in place and marked orientation of brackets and counterbalance arm.
