Completed steps 1&2 page 09-03. Riveted the HS-1211 spar caps, HS-1212 Inspar ribs & HS-1209 spar cap spaces together using the rivets called out. Removed all remaining clecos. Rechecked to make sure that all Inspar rib mail holes aligned prior to rivet installation. Completed step 3 page 09-03 clecoed HS-1202 forward and & HS-1203 aft spar to HS-1212 Inspar ribs to create spar box assembly. Completed step 4 clecoed WD-1207 upper and WD-1208 lower horns to HS-1202 and HS-1203 spars.
