Hours spent thinking through how to attach the header tank to the phenolic board securely. Boards were attached to a corner of the work table to serve as a fixed support to place the fuel tank frame precisely onto the board.
The tank frame was sanded on all sides, inside and outside. The core was removed from raw edges that will be floxed onto the board.
Carbon fiber was measured and readied for application.
