Drilled out aluminum trim tab ribs, Made phenolic end ribs, pop-riveted nut plates. and floxed them in to cure overnight. Trim tab probably nees to be rebuilt out of carbon fiber.
installed flap handle and asembly, attached teleflex brackets to interior airplane frame. Used AN3-5A bolts (instead of -6A - too long) on upper forward bracket.
