Burned holes through wing skin and placed clip with bolt, attaching flap hardware on both flaps.
Ransacked all parts bags, then cut an access panel out under one wing to see if the part was already installed, but no. Part is shown in a flap assembly schematic, but without a part number. It's used in attaching the flap teleflex cable to the flap on the exterior of airplane.
