Drilled 4 holes in inspection panel for attach screws. Cut through the 4 tabs holding inspection panel in place. Released panel. Sanded panel to shape. Bonded pre-mounted nut plate tabs to inspection plate flange. Applied micro around exterrior perimiter of inspection plate. After partial cure, cut thin kerf around plate with exacto knife.
Layed up additional 3 bid carbon on trim tab.
Made mounting plate for trim servo out of 1/8 inch phenolic. Drilled and counter sunk phenolic for #6 screws. Ground screw heads flat. Bonded machine screws into phenolic to act as studs.
