Prepared rudder halves for closeout. Sanded lip on both trailing edges. Cut slot in right skin half for trim tab push rod. Trimmed and sanded trim tab. Drilled rivet holes. Bonded counterweight into rudder with epoxy/flox/lead shot mixture. Covered counterweight with 3 bid carbon extending 1 1/2 inches onto rudder skin. Re-attached nutplate tab for VHF nav antenna which had broken loose.
