Sanded flap extension to proper width. Attached flap to wing 5 or 6 times to trim and check. Now have nice 1/8 inch gap. No interferrence between aileron and flap at any point of movement of either surface.
Removed about 1/4 inch of foam from flap extension. Filled this area with micro.
Trimmed right navlight lens to final shape. Microed wingtip bottom.
