Factory built right flap was too narrow in span. This created an excessive gap between the aileron and the flap.
Sanded away primer and lots of Bondo. Attached foam extension. Shaped extension to match flap. Wrapped foam with 1 bid carbon, overlapping 1 inch onto flap skin.
Re-attached several tinnerman washers with Hysol on the right wingtip. They don't stay in with flox.
