Brief Description:  EFIS & GPS installation

This airplane will have the following avionics:

Electronic
EFIS (Electronic Flight Information System), Dynon D100
Remote electronic compass, Dynon EDC-D10A to support the EFIS
GPS, Garmin Aera 795
Radio, MGL V06
Transponder, Garrecht VT-01
Also preparing for a future autopilot using the Dynon servo motors


Nonelectronic
Air speed indicator (dynamic/static pressure)
Altitude indicator (static pressure)
Vertical speed indicator (static pressure)
Angle of attac indicator (dynamic presure attached to the EFIS)
Magnetic compass

All nonelectronic instruments are in place mounted on the instrument panel. The EFIS, remote electronic compas and GPS are installed and most wiring are done incl wiring for future autopilot. The GPS was much larger and heavier than I expected and it took some time before I could find a place for it. Still to do is to get the EFIS to recognise the GPS signalin and to install the radio and the transponder (not yet delivered).
